I signed up for a three Month trial with Lionsgate (22/08) and was watch some series which I also r.

I signed up via sky VIP to Lionsgate tv for the 3 Months free trial. I've been watching it since August 22nd and recorded some series but now my Q box has frozen. I plugged out the mains then reinserted the power after 10 minutes, now all the stuff saved has disappeared and it's asking me for card details to start the Lionsgate tv trial all over again?!?

Hi @shaq+9 have you tried re-activating the App via your Sky Q box

HomeScreen scroll down to My Sky select Your Products then enter your Sky TV PIN

Select App Subscriptions Select Lionsgate you should see a subscribed until for me it's November 

If it gives you a subscribed until then select manage subscription for Lionsgate then select activate
