Hi @Raj118 

If this is Q Box replacement then you should have removed your viewing card from the original box.

If it is a new Q install then only the Q router is posted out to you.  All Q TV boxes are brought by the installer and your viewing card will be posted to you prior to install.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.

Do you mean you left Sky and have returned, so they have sent you a box to self install? For brand new set ups the Sky engineer brings the Sky Q box, remotes satellite dish, cables and any mini boxes.

As @Daniel0210 indicates, for returning subscribers who previously had Sky Q at the same address there's something of a potential flaw in the Sky logistics system because they assume the previous Viewing Card was retained by the resident and is still accessible for use in a box sent for self-installation.
