I received an e-mail saying that I have to send equipment back that I've returned already.

I sent everything back in the box, Sky Q box and remote, mini box, router, HDMI cables, ethernet cables, (apart from a mini box remote which I discovered this morning in my panic, I will return it ASAP when the world starts turning again after New Year). The message says I have both the Sky Q boxes and need to return them. If Sky haven't received the box that I sent 30 days ago, why are they not mentioning the router and all the rest, too?

I'm stressed to the rafters as I can't find proof of postage, but do have the email saying thanks for your return. I don't have £150 to pay for someone else's ineptitude. What can I do? I know the date and rough time of posting and the PO isn't a very busy one, could they locate the tracking number or something? Any help welcome, guys!

Happy New Year in advance!

The escalation process, which we could normally use to help you, is now unavailable until Wednesday 3rd January. If calling Sky we’ve been informed that the phone lines will be open:
New Years Eve ~ 0900 til 1800
New Years Day ~ 0800 til 2100
Other days will be normal hours.

Alternatively post on this thread again on Wednesday when we can escalate your post to Sky. Without proof of posting any cancellation of charges will be at Sky discretion.

Thanks, Daniel. I shall make it my life's work to get proof of posting! There's absolutely no way I'm paying for somthing that I've returned.
