I received a new sky Q box today due to hard disk problems but am missing viewing card

Exchanged old sky Q box for a new one but forgot to take viewing card out

Afraid only Sky can help @18_ED 

You need to contact them directly and ask for a replacement card.


If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

@18_ED  You will need to call sky and ask for a replacement
