I phoned Sky yesterday to begin a new contract. In the evening I couldn't get the sky box to come on

The sky Q box will not come on. It definitely has power to it and the remote batteries are new. This happened when we switched on the TV yesterday evening. Earlier I spoke to Sky rep and she arranged a new contract for us.

If you already have a Sky Q box I presume you mean you renewed your contract yesterday so did you make any changes to your subscription?

Hi @Vince65 

With a new contract you will have lost any previous discounts unless of course you renegotiated new ones.
