I pay for sky football and ultra hd

Why can't I watch the football in ultra HD when I'm paying for it?

Tells me to subscribe with i do normally I can press the red button on channel 402 and watch it in ultra HD that way. Sky sent me a new sky q box to supposedly solve the issue but it hasnt

What display settings have you set?  Should be 2160p

How would you pay extra for something you already have?

Has this ever worked? Sometimes there are glitches on the subscription system.

(you can still call Sky by the way, just have to navigate your way through the voice response system)

Never been able to get it on channel 401 bust usually get it through red button on channel 402 but not today

Have you the tried the Q Home menu - Sports?

Most UHD is also listed there

I know the feeling UHD for, Sky app information tells me Sky Q is set on UHD, but can I watch anything in UHD. Eh! NO.

used to so easy when you could change definitions on screen, know  impossible to select it. Does not work on red button on 402 football.. no way of finding out what channel is showing UHD.

the fact there are so many complaints on this subject Sky needs to sort it out  before increasing prices first !

Truly a case if it an't broke leave well alone !

This won't help you, and I'm not trying to belittle the issue, but when it works - it works. When ever I watch a Sky Sports football match, if UHD is available, I always get the prompt to Press Select for UHD. If I miss that the red button gives me the option.
