I own a sky Q box and I’m eligible for discovery + which free according to my plan.

After scanning the QR code, the website says there is an issue and I should try again later. Could you help me?

Just to clarify, you don't own a Sky Q box. You have one loaned to you by Sky for the duration of your subscription.

Hi @Aamir1 

A minor point on your Post.

You do not own Q boxes as they are rented and on loan from Sky.

Regarding your Discovery plus issue did you first subscribe on Marketplace?
