I now get my Netflix as a part of my Virgin Media Broadband account instead of Sky Q
As my Netflix account is "locked" to Sky Q billing, I am unable to access my Netflix via Sky Stream.

If you have Q then you can't have Stream?
Do you have NetFlix in your SKy billing?

Re: I now get my Netflix as a part of my Virgin Media Broadband account instead of Sky Q
As said above you can't have Sky Q and sky stream if you changed Sky should cancelled you Sky Q subscription when they started the sky stream If you still trying to use you Sky. Q box the most of the channels would stop working only the fee one like bbc may still work. But apart from that Sky will want your Sky Q box retuned too them that should have sent you a box to return. I am not sure what package you had with Sky stream but if it was similar to what you had on Sky Q you may find that Netflix is included in it. If not You will need to put you virgin media Netflix account name which should be your virgin email address and password and you should be able to view Netflix though sky stream if you are not getting Netflix with sky streaming Sky should not be charging you as you Sky Q billing should stop when you changed over

By the way if you for some reason have managed to keep you Sky Q account you can still access virgin Netflix account on your Sky stream just put in virgin account details in the Netflix app on the Sky stream box

Re: I now get my Netflix as a part of my Virgin Media Broadband account instead of Sky Q
- Further to my previous post I have now looked at virgin site to see the deals of broadband account and can now see your problem with your Netflix locked to your Sky Q account. With virgin if you already have Netflix you can have it with virgin and keep the same net film account. So what I gather you have now switched to sky steam without Netflix and want to put your Netflix on your Sky stream account. The problem being that that your Netflix account was linked to sky Id and therefore your Netflix user name and password is Sky username and password which you can no longer use because new sky steam dose include Netflix. unce what say about being connected to you Sky Q account which no longer have. The on,y way round that is if you already told virgin of an exciting account is to contact them and explain the position that your existing netflix acoount was part of your old Sky package which you no longer have because what Netflix with virgin and they should give you a new Netflix count with them.

I have looked in further and asked google and I was wrong you can still have the same Netflix account you had with Sky by telling virgin your old Netflix details. The Netflix account should transfer to virgin and you should be able to log in on your Sky stream as normal

Re: I now get my Netflix as a part of my Virgin Media Broadband account instead of Sky Q
Thanks Dave for all your attempts.
I'm frustrated beyond belief. Trying to speak to someone at Sky to explain that I need to cut the tie between my old SKy Q / Netflix link in order to realise my Netflix account based on my new broadband supplier Virgin Media (which comes with Netflix) seems to be impossible.
I'm not precious about the old logon details or anything and I am now rather tempted just to set up a new Netflix account (via Virgin Media).
Thanks again....

Re: I now get my Netflix as a part of my Virgin Media Broadband account instead of Sky Q
- If Sky are keeping your old Netflix account a live is must be pare of your Sky stream package have tried logingin to Sky stream with that account and see if you still get Netflix as it dose not matter if you have Sky Q or Sky stream if you have Netflix on a Sky ID it not the box that Netflix is linked to but your Sky ID you should get though Sky stream and be part of stream package and other device you can get Netflix on. I have Netflix though Sky but also have it on myiphone iPad and Apple TV all using the Netflix account.. if this the case a dyou can get flux on Sky stream you need toget back to Sky and find out why they put in your new package and get removed other wise if open one with virgin you will have two active Netflix counts

Just looked on the Sky web site and all stream packages have Netflix in package as standard

By the look of it Netflix with ads is part of the stream packages it there there at no extra cost and you can't remove,

If Netflix is included in your Sky package then there's no advantage to switching to the Netflix included with your Virgin Media broadband. They are both the same "Standard with Ads" package.
