As said above you can't have Sky Q and sky stream if you changed Sky should cancelled you Sky Q subscription when they started the sky stream If you still trying to use you Sky. Q box the most of the channels would stop working only the fee one like bbc may still work. But apart from that Sky will want your Sky Q box retuned too them that should have sent you a box to return. I am not sure what package you had with Sky stream but if it was similar to what you had on Sky Q you may find that Netflix is included in it. If not You will need to put you virgin media Netflix account name which should be your virgin email address and password and you should be able to view Netflix though sky stream if you are not getting Netflix with sky streaming Sky should not be charging you as you Sky Q billing should stop when you changed over

By the way if you for some reason have managed to keep you Sky Q account you can still access virgin Netflix account on your Sky stream just put in virgin account details in the Netflix app on the Sky stream box
