I checked my sky box hardware and software due to recording problem and it says I qualify for a box upgrade - how do I do this?

No such message on the Q box. Where did you see you Qualify for a box upgrade?

Yes - you can upgrade to the latest Sky Q 2TB box..
Yes - you can upgrade to a Sky Q 1TB UHD Box
These upgrades are chargeable and it does not free of charge.
If you want to upgrade your Q box then you need to contact Sky directly.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.
