Hi,
I need to return my sky equiment to sky but I live in Jersey (Channel Islands). Tried chat, got nowhere, tried phone, got nowhere. Royal Mail wouldn't collect from here. Can someone please put me in touch with a Sky expert here please? TIA.

I have escalated your post to a SKY support team, who, hopefully, will be in touch & hopefully will be able to asist.
Please see this link re the escalation and what you might see:

I've contacted sky multiple times, no one seems to know what to do. Looks like the system is designed for return to be impossible so the customer can be charged for the equipment. I tried again with two sky numbers (Removed), neither have the option to schedule a return. Spoke to someone but they didn't have a clue.
Moderator note: Removed phone number

Outcome of that chat was that I needed to call a number which I tried multiple times, including twice today.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe second number (ending 141) is a main phone number for Sky Customer Services. You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

Hi Daniel, thanks for taking the time to respond. The call auto disconnects. Even in the case of speaking to a person end of the line, they did not know what to do.
Problem is that I'll be charged £60 if I don't return. sending it using Jersey post will £30.
