If your Sky Q mini box remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for ROI customers).

It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket.

It's definitely broken, the dog has destroyed it!
What are ROI customers?
Maybe best just ordering from amazon for next day delivery?
I wasn't sure if these were real sky remotes and if there may be issues with those too.

In that case, as it's damaged rather than broken Sky may charge you.
