I need help with satellite signal

Yep! No signal strength here in Grimsby. I can't find any reference to satellite signal issues through Sky account. Any joy with yours?

Re: Sky go suddenly not working on ps5.

Just trying to watch Netflix through my sky account. Every menu on the sky home screen says 'Sattelite signal needed for this service'. I checked the signal strength and it shows X. I have Internet on my phone via Sky WiFi, so I think it's just a satellite problem. I searched for for local Sky problems and ot says none reported.

Satellite reception issues are either with an individual dish, a communal reception system within a particular building, or national (in which case this forum would melt). By definition they cannot be regional or 'local' because the same signal broadcast from orbit falls in the entire country.

The most likely explanation is that your dish connection has failed, and (if it's your own dish) you'll need to book Sky to investigate.

Any "local issue" with Sky almost certainly refers to broadband, or maybe Sky Glass/Stream, not Sat TV services.

Smashing. Thanks for that, Timmy. I've just checked using that link and it seems OK. I'll be checking if it works later today!
