My wife needs access to the account as I no longer live at the property. Could you please help ?

You're asking other customers here, not Sky.
The account holder should have a telephone password for authorization when calling - that password can be given to someone else but the account holder can only make certain changes, e.g. someone else cannot cancel the account.

Hi @James+McCormick You should set up your wife as an additional user with her own user id and password.
1. Go to My details | md-var1 (sky.com)
2. Manage additional users
3. Add her as an Authorised Sky ID

Once signed in to her new account, you can link it Sky - Sign up
