I need a new sky q box as the courier took away the wrong box

Hi when my new sky box was delivered there was a mix up and the courier took away the new box. I still have the faulty box can you send me another box please

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
To contact Sky

Hi @jambo1012   Just remember to hang on to your viewing card when your "new" box arrives. Also check the power cable matches.
