My sky q upstairs won't work

Hi @helboy   I would eliminate that your remote is not working correctly and has lost it's pairing. Try holding down 7 & 9 (4 flashes) to reset it. Now point it directly (line of sight) at the Sky Q Mini. If it works then you need to repair it by holding down 1 & 3.

Just telling us it's not working is not enough. Is your main box downstairs and mini box upstairs. How are they connected? What, if any, message are you seeing on the screen?

My sky q upstairs is not working I've reset it on the back of the box I've unplugged it and nothing I get the message saying when your screen goes blank press the house putting on your remote and still nothing

The main box is down stairs and I've got the mini box upstairs were connected with a sky router I've tried resetting my box on the back and I've tried unplugging it I have a message on the screen saying pres the house button on your remote when the screen goes blank I've done that and nothing happens

@helboy 

Have you tried rebooting the main box downstairs, then when that's back up and running, do the same with the mini box.

@helboy  Your latest thread has been removed, it would be helpful to keep to one thread for the same issue and not create additonal threads.
