My sky q upstairs won't work

Try holding down 7 & 9 (4 flashes) to reset it. Now point it directly (line of sight) at the Sky Q Mini. If it works then you need to repair it by holding down 1 & 3.

My sky q upstairs is not working I've reset it on the back of the box I've unplugged it and nothing I get the message saying when your screen goes blank press the house putting on your remote and still nothing

The main box is down stairs and I've got the mini box upstairs were connected with a sky router I've tried resetting my box on the back and I've tried unplugging it I have a message on the screen saying pres the house button on your remote when the screen goes blank I've done that and nothing happens
