@Suz71  You will normally receive it after the 31 days cool off expires, you can also use your own packaging and print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Remember to keep your proof of posting.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Suz71 My returns boxes were only received from Sky 8 weeks after I activated my Sky Glass TV.

 

As mentioned by @GD1 make sure you get proof of postage AND keep it safe as Sky have been known to contact people months afterward claiming they have not received the returned equipment.  It happened to me some time ago when I returned my Sky Q multiroom box.  Luckily I had kept my proof of postage receipt.
