I'm not able to download any programmes on demand since changing my package

I'm unable to download any content on demand since updating my account I have all the relevant subscriptions in place but I'm getting a message saying I need to upgrade my package to download also unable to start programmes from the start also

So you have HD / UHD if that's what you're trying to download?

Yes I have all packages needed and I even tried to change to SD on 4 on demand with still no luck
