I'm moving house in 2 weeks time and I want to cancel my sky Q tv package and return the boxes.
I'm moving house in 2 weeks and I don't have another house yet to transfer my SKy Q account to. I love the service and happy to re sign up when we get settled again but for now I want to cancel the service and return the boxes and its very hard to get any help. The bot help doesn't understand and I can't seem to find a real person to ask for advise. Help please.

Hi @Vick10
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
To contact Sky
Select Need more help
at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.

@Vick10
To cancel all of your TV subscription, if you’re out of contract you’ll need to give Sky the required 31 days notice. Be aware that the latest T’s and C’s explicitly state you can’t cancel when still in a minimum term deal unless Sky agree. If they do you’ll have to pay the remainder of your discounted term.
Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to contact details.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave
(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one ie; UK or ROI).
UK customer ~ The link may include an email link and also a Message Us option (which is normally available between 9am and 7.30pm).
ROI customer ~ it’s only by calling Sky Ireland or writing in.
If you cancel correctly you should receive a confirmation email from Sky.
If you’re cancelling Sky Q totally don’t forget to keep you proof of posting indefinitely when you return the box(es). Return packaging will be sent out towards the end of your notice period.
The return packaging are sent near the end of the 31 day notice period to the account address so you may have to use your own boxes to return the equipment.
You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.
