I’m having signal problems on both my main box and the mini box.

When it's raining (most days at then min!) I can't watch HD channels without interference

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Only the most torrential rain should impact the signal.

 

You need to have your dish/LNB checked by Sky.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
