I’m a Sky HD customer and my Netflix app is trying to get me to add it to my package. Any ideas

I have Sky HD and previously watched Netflix. It's just stopped working and asks if I would like to add it to my package . I thought it was part of the HD package?

The Sky Q HD add-on upgrades the version of Netflix bundled in Ultimate TV.  It doesn't add Netflix to Signature.
