I just want to upgrade to a new Sky Q UHD box

I want to upgrade my original Sky Q box  but can find no where on the Sky website to allow me to do this, or any phone number to call Sky to order an upgrade. How difficult can this be?

Unfortunately the online options to upgrade were removed when they had a shortage of 2TB boxes a couple of years ago and did not get re-instated when the shortage was over.

Re Contact:

If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
If not go this page & scroll to the bottom and expand the link need more help
