hi @Aidey
How do you know it's the mini infrared sensor?

Because it's fell into the box and only partially visible

Hi @Aidey

Once paired the mini remote is Bluetooth and doesn't need the sensor.

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the minibox on
Try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Yeah cheers, but I forgot to mention it hasn't been paired to my new broadband, I've just brought a new tv and decided to re pair with the broadband and tv

Hi @Aidey

Remotes are not paired to your Broadband.  They are just paired to your Q box and TV

Someone has pressed the IR sensor assuming it's a button I guess? I'm sure that happens. Don't think the remote re-pairing with the box can be done without a working IR sensor. New box possibly needed.
