When do I recieve my viewing card

@GqSmooth73 are you a new customer or a returning customer within 12 months ?

 

If you are a new customer then as @MightyQuinn says a few days before the engineer is due to arrive.

 

If you are a returning customer that has had a new Q box sent out to them then Sky unfortunately think you would have kept your old card so you would either need to contact them direct or let us know and we can escalate this to Sky for you


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
