I have wasted 20mins on this app looking for a way to buy an additional sky q mini box!!

you used to be able to order an additional box online & from your SKY Q box but I think you have not been able to do so for a while now & thus need to call.

If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
If not go this page & scroll to the bottom and expand the link need more help & scroll down

If you have SKY Mobile or SKY Talk land line then I think you can also call 150

BTW The groups here are primarily just oter customers and you are not contacting SKy here - alo a minor but significant poin is you don;t buy additional boxes as they are always owned by SKY - the cost is an 'admin' fee

You can't buy additional (or indeed any) Sky Q boxes.
