UHD programmes are not available on a Sky Q mini box, Netflix or otherwise.

Hi @Hannah48

You could investigate Sky Stream where all Boxes can do UHD

Having the Sky HD and Ultra HD add-ons on a Sky Q subscription upgrades bundled Netflix Basic (one screen) to Netflix Premium (four screens) but the output resolution is restricted to that of the hardware in use.

Note that you need both Sky add-ons, not just UHD which may have been a standalone legacy item.

NetFlix isn't bundled with all packages - you may also need the Ultimate TV add on.

If you have the ultimate Netflix package, and all your tv's support HDR, then why not just use the tv's built-in app?

hi @Hannah48

I think we may be trying to second guess what your actual problem may be.

Can we just check that you have the SKY Ultimate subscription thus paying for Netflix via SKY ?

What is the actual problem when trying to view in other rooms  - Is it that you are getting a message due to the number of screens in use  or is it that you are having problems with the Netflix app on SKY mini boxes or some other problem ?
