Hi @debbie+dance

See the following link for all Sky returns information.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

If necessary you can use you own Packaging and also print your own labels.
Ensure that you keep proof of posting as the Sky return system handled by Unipart has delays and is not as reliable as would be desired.

Hi @debbie+dance

The following is in the link I posted

How to return your equipment

  1. Package your equipment, ensuring all the original equipment is included
  2. Visit Royal Mail returns, select the shape of your package and enter your details. Any address fields should be filled with your details, not Sky's.
  3. When you’ve finished, you’ll receive an email containing your return label.
  4. Print and attach it to your package then take it to your local Post Office, depot, parcel Postbox or arrange a home collection.
    • Don’t have a printer? You can also choose to print off the returns label at your local post office. You'll find how to do this on the Royal Mail website after you create your label.
  5. Keep the receipt as proof of return and use it to track your return online.

I've got the return labels but they are both different addresses , it doesn't tell you which address is for sky box and which address label is for router

Just had to ring Sky to confirm that the Nuneaton address is the correct address.  Put all equipment in one box and send there. 👍

@Cardifftwilite
You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

Hi @Cardifftwilite

Either use you own packaging or ask for more from Sky.

See the following link for all Sky returns information.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

If necessary you can print your own Royal Mail labels.
If you are using Royal Mail ensure that you keep proof of posting as the Sky return system handled by Unipart has delays and is not as reliable as would be desired. If you arrange for Royal Mail to collect it you will get a tracking reference which can be used to trace the package online.
Regardless of how they are being returned include your Account number and a Note with the returned items listing the contents of each and any package. Best option is to also take a photo of the contents once they are packed.
