I've done all the reset work on the mini boxes and the main box but they are still not working. An earier post said it ended up being the hard drive on the main box - I need an engineer to come out and fix this problem

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
