I have subscribed to Disney Plus through Sky Q but when I go on TV to log in I can’t put in my email

The remote won't type anything in the box for email address

@Caroline+Walker when the disney app opens press the center/select button on your remote is should bring up a keyboard


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

I have similar problems - when I tried to type, my email address to start Disyney +. there is no . or @ on the key board. Can you help please? Thanks Joanne.
