I have sound at 100% on my tv with sky q i cannot control it so have switch the tv off.

I have read that if I have too many apps on the go it may affect the sound. I have disconnected my sound bar and the tv still roars away at 100% volume and i cannot control it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Take the batteries out of both remotes then put them back in one of them and see if it can reduce the volume. Then swap and try the other.

 

Don't think apps would have any effect on this.

Have you tried using the TVs remote to control the volume level?
