No one is going to call you from a post here - we're other customers not Sky customer services.
Which subscription do you have?

@Raman Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
what Sky sports packages do you have

hi @Raman
Is it possible that you tried accesing the UHD channel without having the UHD addon - the £4 prompt may well be to upgrade to UHD

If you have a single channel sports subscription for Sky Sports Football then you won't be able to watch Sky Sports Premier League which is a different channel.
The £4 extra will give you the full Sky Sports subcription.

Personally I suspect it would cost more to upgrade to full SKY SPorts from a single channel
£4 is the standard charge for the UHD add on so, personally I think that more likely

Sky Sports Premier League isn't a UHD channel (only Main Event) so it wouldn't be requiring that.

Although there is not a dedicated UHD Premier League channel, I believe many games are shown in UHD (possibly nowadays via Main Event channel for the duration of the game) thus allowing those with a UHD sub to watch in UHD - just like they could before Main Event launched as UHD dedicated channel

It could be because, today, Sky Sports Football showed this PL Game with a different camera angle. Maybe it was only made available to Sky Sports PL/Full Sports subscribers.
