I have sky q and three internet which is working but q box is saying no internet i have rest both

I have sky q box and three internet which is working .q box is connecting to hub but saying no internet connection 

I have tried resetting both but still not working

Hi @darts875 

Depends what you mean by resetting.

Did you carry out a Network reset on your main Q box as follows:

Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your non Sky router.
As you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

Ours has been like that all week. It's not true as the mini box is working and both can still stream apps sometimes just no pictures of the shows on home page or planner and says router connected but internet no connection. Have reset network settings and rebooted the box too. Sometimes it just says no connection at all and won't let us use apps so we have to watch them through the smart tv which makes me wonder why I'm paying for this service these days
