I have sky multiroom and have lost access to channels on one of the boxes

Channels lost on one of my sky boxes are virgin and BBC (roi customer)

@John269,

 

Try this 

 

Make sure your Sky viewing card is correctly inserted into the box.
Press Services on your Sky remote
Press 0, 0, 1, Select (setup should now be highlighted)
Scroll across to New Install
Press Select twice
