Hi @Mhairi1 

If it is channel 5 HD content then I'm afraid you will not be able to access it with the Sky Essentials package.  You will be able to view SD however.

For some reason Ch 5 HD and some Ch 4 HD have decided that these in HD need the Sky HD add on.

Old fella , thank you so much for your assistance.  I changed the format to SD on each episode I wished to download and it worked
