I have sky cinema which has included Paramount +, I now can’t access the App, any ideas why?

My paramount + App isn't working, it's included with Sky cinema. The Apps are updated but this one isn't accessible anymore, anyone know why?

We can never get Paramount Plus or Discovery to work on our Sky Q box. Try to sign up and get error code MYSKY_2306. 

Speak to Paramount its a Sky issue, Sky say its a Paramount issue.

Did this get resolved?  I'm having the same problem with Paramount+ and Discovery+.  Won't let me register using SkyQ box.  I get the error message saying error, try again later and error code MYSKY-2010.  

 

Two separate phone calls with Sky - both around 1 hr 30 mins long - and still not fixed.  Engineer came to check box, that didn't resolve it.  Tearing my hair out now, so frustrating!!

Eventually. Seems sky has an old email address associated with our account. 

so when signed up to paramount+, discovery the 2 weren't linking. 

speak to sky and check what emails have for you. When discovered had incorrect email they said can't be fixed! Then 24 hours later got email to say been updated and since then it's worked. 

You do have to force them to check the old email was hidden deep in our account having been with them for 20 years

Ooh thank you!  That helps and I'll try that next time I speak to them.  I have been with them for over 7 years so that could be it.
