Sky Q working in main room but not in kitchen. It is saying on tv in kitchen there isnt any internet connection. We also have booster box in hall

Mine says ERROR MR209. I've searched for that error code on here but found nothing.

My sky q main ibox s working however my 3 other smaller boxes are not working and keep showing as not connected to a sky q box right now.
Been like this since sunday and very annoying with 3 kids in the house.

Hi @Gee53 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?

I have this problem quite frequently - at least once a week, sometimes twice a day.
On the TV connected to the sky mini in Settings it says that my internet connection is OK and my connection to the skyQ box is ok.
Nevertheless I go into the sky box connection and reactivate it. That always fixes it for me - until next time 😞

Sorted now by doing a full lengthy power down including the router. Refoubd the router tather than booster and reconnected maun box to that but minis to the booster.
