I have sent equipment back already but not all box not big enough

I have sent equipment back although box not big enough to send it all please send another box but if you look it up with Royal Mail you can see I sent box back they charged me £3-65 postage

You're talking to other customers here and not directly to Sky...  you'll need to call them.
