I have returned my euipment back to Sky using the returns information etc (created a label and took it to post office). But after 2 or 3 weeks im still getting textx saying that i need to return it or will be charged. What can i do?

Thanks for your fast response. Yes, i have the Post Office receipt. Will keep hold of it. I tried to use the help chat facility to resolve this but found it too limited in the types of issue it can help with. Hopefully this forum has a way to get in touch with Sky people online.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
