I have returned my Sky broadband equipment and now got text saying i will get a £50 fine for not ret


I got a receipt for sending them back via royal mail with the sticker provided373474246_1598883247181904_4094194181568326227_n.jpg

Please Return our Sky Owned Equipment to avoid being charged

We still haven't received our Sky equipment and will need to charge you soon if it's not returned. We've made returning our Sky equipment easy and free. As a reminder below is a list of the items due for return & must be returned by the date shown to avoid being charged:

Simply pop this equipment inside the packaging previously sent, attach the postage label and then drop it off at your local post office or collection point. Please make sure you keep the receipt you'll be given to prove you've posted the equipment to us.

The image you posted was rejected. Sky don't like proof of posting images being displayed. If you don't want to call Sky we can get you some help on here. Let us know on this thread.,

Does the tracking show that it has arrived or is still enroute ?

We are customers here. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services. Keep hold of your proof of posting or tracking information. We understood before Christmas returns were taking 2+ weeks to be processed. That's likely longer now.
