I have returned my Sky broadband equipment and now got text saying i will get a £50 fine for not ret
I got a receipt for sending them back via royal mail with the sticker provided

The image you posted was rejected. Sky don't like proof of posting images being displayed. If you don't want to call Sky we can get you some help on here. Let us know on this thread.,

I posted it on 29/12/23 and have a copy of the recipe do you need to see a copy ?

Does the tracking show that it has arrived or is still enroute ?

We are customers here. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services. Keep hold of your proof of posting or tracking information. We understood before Christmas returns were taking 2+ weeks to be processed. That's likely longer now.
