I have returned my Sky Q equipment but have been charged
Hello,
I returned my Sky Q equipment quite a long while ago now but they have charged me £115 for not returning it which has now effected my Sky bills.
I stupidly didn't keep the proof of postage (or if I did have completely lost it)
I was just wondering if anyone had advice on the matter or had been through similar and could advise what to do.

Superusers can escalate this to Sky to resolve for you, have your your proof of posting ready if you have it.
Its quite a common escalation, that gets easily resolved.
I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.

Hopefully before 7pm, if not it'll be tomorrow. You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
Without the proof of posting the removal of non return fees will be at Skys discretion.
