I have recently returned one of my sky mini boxes. Now my other mini box is not working

I have recently returned one of my sky mini boxes which I am no longer needing as my son has now moved into his own property. 

I have another mini box which is not working now since I returned the other. 

Please could you help me as to why this one is not working.  It keeps telling me that it will not connect to my Sky Q box.

Have you rebooted the main Sky Q box then done the same with the mini box?

When you returned the mni box did you cancel multiscreen ?

 

BTW Make sure you keep the prrof of posting of the returned mini box indefinitely - SKY's systems are not really geared to the return of just one mini box as there is no need until you cancel the multiscreen subscription.
