Try following the link to ensure the Software is up to date & to refresh the apps.

Please note the step to refresh the software sometimes appears to work but does not update to the latest version initially but usually does after 2 or 3 attempts so if it hasn't updated to at least Q220 after the first attempt do try at least a couple more times
Also, please note the refresh of the apps can take up to 24hr or so
