I have picture on my sky a box but no sound have checked wires and settings any ideas anybody

I have picture on my sky a box but no sound have checked wires and tv settings to no avail can anybody help me ??

Hi @Bobos7   Is it the same for both SD and HD channels? Try setting your audio format to Normal. Perhaps first try a power reboot of your Sky Q box and TV.
