You aren’t communicating with Sky Customer Services on here. This is a forum whereby customers try to help other customers.

Hi @Magd45 if you have paid the amount due you need to set up your card payment details again on your account for your Sky TV service to resume.

Before Sky reinstate your services you will have to pay what is owed and also set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will need to pay the next bill as well. Any calls to Sky will just direct you to make a payment.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant and it takes longer at a weekend when banks are closed.
