I have ordered sky Q for installation tomorrow however the equipment has not arrived yet

I was informed by your online salesman when I ordered skyQ that the Q box equipment would be delivered separately to myself prior to the engineer coming to fix it 

1. the engineer is due to come tomorrow however the Qbox has still to arrive

Do not worry.

The online sales were incorrect.

The engineers bring the SKY Q box with them

As @nigea99 has correctly stated the engineer brings the main Sky Q box, any mini boxes ordered, cables, remote(s) and a dish if you haven't already got one. The only thing which may arrive beforehand is a viewing card which are sent out in the post but don't worry as the engineer will usually carry some spares on the van.

That's correct for Sky Broadband, not Sky Television.
