Hi I have not yet received my sky tv box but set up my account 4 weeks ago.

Are you brand new to Sky or is this an upgrade from Sky+? Have you called Sky to query why there's a delay?

Hi @Jen791   Have you got an install date? The installer brings the Sky Q TV boxes with them. In the meantime you should be able to watch on Sky Go.
