I have not received my Skye boxes in the post

I have received my router for the broadband but I'm still waiting for my Skye boxes and I have an engineer coming in the 20th what should I do

Q boxes are normally brought by the engineer.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
