I have no volume from my bush tv through sky

I have volume on my bush tv on all apps but when using sky there isn't any volume. I have tried other mini box same problem. It was working fine till a few days ago

have you tried using a different HDMI input on the Bush TV

Yes tried that. I have just changed hdmi lead completely no joy

Unlikely that both minis have simultaneously developed the same issue.

Have you tried rebooting the Bush TV?
